The most thrilling 60 minutes of your life begins once you step foot into one of our immersive escape room experiences. You are locked* in the room with your team of 2-8 people and have 60 minutes to solve a series of puzzles and riddles and discover the hidden key that will allow you to escape! Do you have what it takes? *You are never ACTUALLY locked in, but if you leave, the game is over

It is completely safe. You are never actually locked in a room and can exit at any time if needed. Some of our rooms are designed to scare you, so if you don’t want to be scared, let us know and we will help you figure out which games are a good fit for you! (We have some super fun non-scary games)!

You have 60 minutes to solve all of the puzzles and get out of the room, though some talented teams do it even faster! You will need to arrive at least 15 minutes early with your entire team and when you are done we will take your team’s photo and give you the low down on your game performance and any puzzles you may have missed. Plan on about 90 minutes total from start to finish.

*Our newest room, Alice’s Dream, is a slightly longer experience which lasts 75 minutes.

You aren’t actually locked in and you can leave the game at anytime if you find it absolutely necessary, however, leaving forfeits the game and no refunds are allowed. We strongly encourage you to visit the loo before playing!

We do not allow phones in the rooms while playing and do not allow any pictures or videos to be taken while playing (we don’t want anyone accidentally leaking the solutions to the puzzles!) We do provide free, secure storage for your personal items while you are playing.

It depends on your child! Our Alice’s Dream experience is ideal for families with children and adults who are children at heart.

Our Steampunk Submarine Experience is also great for families. If you have a younger child who is easily frightened, let us know in advance and we can adjust one element of the Steampunk Submarine game to make it more suitable.

Cannibal is meant to get your adrenaline rushing and is graphic. We recommend that your child be at least 14 years old to enjoy this experience and must be accompanied by an adult.

Stag Party is more adult themed and we recommend that your child be at least 16 and must be accompanied by an adult.

“You know, like Nunchuk skills, bow hunting skills, computer hacking skills*,”. . . Just kidding! No special skills are needed to play our games, though a basic understanding of English is helpful. *Napoleon Dynamite

Never fear we are here to help! You will have a dedicated Game Master who will be watching everything you do via video surveillance. All you have to do is ask and we will send a hint your way. You get 3 “free” hints and after that each requested hint results in a 1 minute penalty added to your finish time.

Games start precisely as scheduled and the clock starts counting down whether you are there to play or not. You can still play if you are late, but the game will still end as scheduled and you may not have enough time to complete the puzzles to escape!

Games can be cancelled 48 hours in advance for a full refund. If you need to cancel please call us at 800-caldi=adfd. No refunds are available for cancellations made less than 48 hours before your game, but we will be happy to reschedule you for another game.

Yep! We’re happy to help you reschedule, just give us a call. Please keep in mind that our games book very quickly and we will try our hardest to accommodate your change request but we cannot guarantee that the same game will be available for you to play.

Sorry, no refunds allowed for a last minute no show, but we will definitely let you use the credit toward your next game.

Absolutely! As long as adding a player doesn’t exceed the maximum number of players allowed for a game (see the game booking page), your friend can join you and just pay when they arrive.

That depends on the game! Check out the booking page for each game, but typically a game can accommodate anywhere from 2-8 people.

Yes! We strongly recommend you book in advance! We get booked very quickly and while there is a possibility of walking in and playing, you may not be able to play your first choice of game and we may already be fully booked!

Players of any age are welcome, though some of our games are not suitable for children. Any player under the age of 14 will need to be accompanied by an adult and any player under the age of 18 will need an adult to sign their waiver.

Yes! We do have some games that are wheelchair accessible. Though most puzzles are solved with brain power alone, there are some that require physical actions and we recommend having at least one player with no mobility limitations. If needed, your gamemaster will also be more than happy to assist. There are occasionally clues that are sound or scent based so if you will need assistance with these, let us know in advance and we will be happy to help!

We are located in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip at the Fashion Show Mall just inside the entrance for the Green Parking Garage. The underground parking garage entrance is located on Fashion Show Boulevard directly across from Trump International. Once inside the garage, drive past the Macy’s entrance until you see column Green 42J on the Right hand side. Look to your left and we are just inside that entrance. 

If you are coming to us from a different area inside the mall, use the directory to locate 24-Tailor or Honey Mee. We are located right next to the tailor shop near the parking garage entrance. If all else fails, ask the information desk/customer service. They are located very close to us and will be happy to point you in the right direction.
